Vinny The Vet lives with her cat Mr Jangles, they encounter many adventures together...Mr Jangles likes to think they are adventures, Vinny on the other hand calls them disasters!

One day, Miss Mitzi brings her parrot, Proteous Porter, who has a sore wing, to see Vinny. Yet, Mr Jangles thinks it's a good time to play chase, but the adventure isn’t as fun he thinks and Vinny has to call on some friends, including Fireman Buck the rescue.
