The kangaroo is impressed by his challenger but quickly shows him who’s boss.

Energised by his jumping victory, the kangaroo sets off on a quest to find more skilled jumpers to put to the test. Yet, proving he’s the best leads him to a valuable realisation and an inspired lesson.

About Me:

David Hammersmith was born in Alton in Hampshire very close to where Jane Austin lived, with beautiful countryside and rolling hills it is the perfect place to sit and conjure creative ideas. David is new to the world of writing and this is his first attempt at getting a picture book or anything in front of some readers. The inspiration came to him whilst reading a bedtime story to his son Freddie. Armed with a fondness for wordplay, poetry, an ear for a melody developed through his work in music production and song writing in the '90s, with a dash of theatre studies, he decided to have a bash at it. At the very least it would be a unique story and fun to create.
